G'day from Vienna

Hi to you all. It's cold, wet, miserable weather as we prepare to start this final tour of our adventures. The last two days have been quiet but good. Firstly we met upo with Natalie and went to the hear the Vienna Boys Choir, videoed some of their performance! It was in the Brahms Room of the Musikverein - the auditorium where the annual New Years' Day recital comes from. Even this room was opulent, good acoustics. The second half was accompanied by the Vienna Chamber Orchestra. Had tea at an Austrian Restraunt and then came backl to the hotel on the subway. Yesterday saw us up early and in on the train again to the Spanish Horse Riding School where we watched the Lippazaun horses go through the excerise routines and then a walk through the market - a real cultural experience especially compared with a walk through the Dandy Market. In the afternoon the weather turned sour again but we were back at the hotel by then. Today we qre meant to be doing a walking tour of the city so it will be a rug up and keep warm and dry exercise. There are about 48 people on this tour - Canada, US, Sth Africa, and quite a few from Aus - Qld, NSW, SA and Vic.. Not sure when I'll get back on again for the next update - love to you all. And thanks all for your messages - either on blog or by email.
